Algunas de las representaciones que ha llevado a cabo incluyen: la adquisición de un 45% de participación en el Conrad Casino Resort Punta del Este en Uruguay, por parte de Enjoy, S.A.; la venta de la división de negocio audiovisual Broadcast Communications Group de Harris Corporation, a The Gores Group; la venta, por parte de Monier Group, de una participación del 51 % en el fabricante de componentes termo solares Heliotek, a Bosch Thermotechnology; la adquisición del proveedor de soluciones innovadoras para la protección de los cultivos

  • Zyter acquires Casenet® LLCJones Day advised Zyter, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Infinite Computer Solutions, Inc. and a leading digital health product company, in its acquisition of Casenet® LLC, a leading provider of population health products, from Cetene Corporation (NYSE: CNC).
  • Entravision Communications acquires majority stake in RedmasJones Day represented Entravision Communications Corporation (NYSE: EVC) in the acquisition of a 51% interest in Redmas owned by the Cisneros Interactive Group.
  • PolyOne acquires Clariant color and additive masterbatch business for $1.5 billionJones Day advised PolyOne Corporation in the $1.5 billion purchase of Clariant’s global color and additive masterbatch business.
  • NEP Group acquires SOS Global ExpressJones Day advised NEP Group in its acquisition of SOS Global Express, an independent international freight forwarding and full-service logistics company that specializes in supporting clients in broadcast, entertainment, music, and professional sports teams and leagues.
  • UPL acquires Arysta LifeScience from Platform Specialty Products Corporation for $4.2 billionJones Day advised UPL Limited ("UPL"), a leading global generic agrochemical company based in India, in connection with its subsidiary, UPL Corporation Limited’s, US$4.2 billion acquisition and related $3 billion term financing of Arysta Lifescience Inc.
