Alexandre Heydel acts for French and foreign clients in international and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, including multijurisdictional transactions involving coordination of legal teams in multiple countries. He represents corporate clients primarily in the banking, energy, and real estate sectors.
Recent representative matters include advising Unibail-Rodamco on its sale of an 80% stake in the Trinity office tower to Norges Bank Investment Management; Goldman Sachs on its real estate investments in Paris, Le Havre, and Romainville; and Greystar in relation to a joint venture for the development of purpose-built student accommodations in the Greater Paris region.
Alexandre's recent experience also includes advising TotalEnergies in the setting up of joint venture alliances in relation to the transformation of the Grandpuits site.
In the banking sector, Alexandre recently advised Société Générale in the sale of its equipment finance activities to BPCE for an amount of more than €10 billion.
Alexandre also advises on general corporate matters and has experience in OHADA Law (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa).
