Ana María Fernández Rionda centra su actividad en el ámbito corporativo, especialmente en fusiones y adquisiciones y adquisición de sociedades mexicanas y sociedades multinacionales, transacciones locales y fronterizas, restructuras de grupos corporativos, joint venture y otras operaciones de capital de riesgo. Además, cuenta con experiencia en material de Inversiones Extranjeras.

Ana María ha intervenido en numerosas transacciones de M&A entre ellas la adquisición de Ventura Capital Privado de Maxcom, adquisición de Sherwin-Williams del negocio de EUA/Canadá de Comex por US $165 millones, la adquisición de Grupo Gigante del restante 50 por ciento de participación de Office Depot de Mexico por US$690 millones y la adquisición de PolyOne Corporation de ColorMatrix Group por US $486 millones.

Ana María es secretaria del Consejo de Administración de muchos clientes de la Firma a los que asesora en asuntos corporativos y mercantiles.

Asimismo, participa en forma activa en la práctica de Probono de México.
