Katie Costanza counsels clients on commercial real estate transactions involving properties and projects across the United States. Her practice includes real estate financings, acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, leasing, joint ventures, and portfolio transactions across asset classes, including data centers, industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and residential properties.

Prior to attending law school, Katie served in the White House as an executive assistant to a presidential advisor and the director of the Presidential Personnel Office. In addition, Katie spent five years dancing on Broadway for the Radio City Rockettes.
