Recent transactions include advising Gimv on the acquisition of a majority stake in Alpine, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in the sale of Gavita International B.V. via a management buyout, A-INSIGHTS on its strategic merger with Valona, Normec on the acquisition of Silliker Netherlands, and EagleTree on the acquisition of The Opus Group.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Bente served several internships with top-tier international law firms.
