Jones Day serves as partner in Global Strategies' war on African health crisis

Client(s) Global Strategies

Jones Day's San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices (Craig Waldman, David Sikes and Louise Doyle) represent Global Strategies, a nonprofit dedicated to neonatal care and HIV prevention, with a focus on locales where health care is limited by conflict, political instability, or remote location. In December 2012, Jones Day assisted in the creation of Global Strategies through the merger of two nonprofits -- the former Global Strategies for HIV Prevention and Jones Day client The International Pediatric Outreach Project. Throughout 2013, Jones Day has continued to support Global Strategies, advising on corporate governance and related matters, as Global Strategies has grown and expanded its reach.
