Mia Tsai focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate governance. She regularly advises domestic and international enterprises on cross-border investments, strategic commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. In addition to her transactional practice, Mia represents clients in civil and criminal litigation. Her experience includes handling trade secret disputes, white collar crime matters, and high-value damage claims.
