Irma Kroneman practices antitrust and competition law and focuses on issues related to merger reviews, government investigations, compliance, and litigation. She has represented clients in a number of industries, including consumer products, technology, defense, aviation, health care, real estate services, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance).

Irma has guided clients through every stage of a transaction, including premerger counseling, regulatory filings, and investigations. She also has experience counseling clients in responding to Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission investigations of alleged collusion and has represented clients in class action litigation.

She maintains an active pro bono practice involving immigration matters.

Irma is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law.
