Gabrielle Kasher's practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including merger reviews, government investigations, and corporate counseling. She routinely advises clients with respect to antitrust issues pertaining to domestic mergers and acquisitions, including pre-transaction risk assessment, Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) filings, government investigations, and advocacy before the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. She advises clients across a range of industries, including technology, health care, pharmaceuticals, private equity, consumer products, and industrials, on the antitrust aspects of complex transactions and regulatory matters.
