Esaias Feng joined our New Lawyers Group (NLG) in 2026. The NLG provides our newest lawyers with the opportunity to gain exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. Individuals in the NLG may focus on a particular area of practice, or compare practices, during their first year with Jones Day.

Esaias is a member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association and worked as a business analyst with the restructuring team at an Australian advisory firm while completing his undergraduate studies.

  • Bull Capital obtains AU$625 million facility from Maas GroupJones Day advised Bull Capital, an Australian fund manager, in connection with a AU$625 million loan from Maas Group Pty Ltd ("MGH") to finance the purchase of industrial and agricultural real estate surrounding the new Western Sydney International Airport and to refinance its existing loan from Ray White Capital.
