Your use of this portal and submission of any information and supporting documentation in connection with any inquiry, submission, or application (“Submission”) through the Portal is governed by these Career Portal Terms, our website Jones Day Careers and our Applicant Privacy Notice (collectively, “Terms”).
When you click “Submit” to provide us with applicant information or inquire about an employment position with Jones Day, you consent and agree that such process constitutes your electronic signature to these Terms, that it will have the same force and effect as your hand-written signature, and you agree and are legally bound to the Terms.

Any Submission through Jones Day Careers must be true, complete and not misleading. You are solely responsible for your Submission to us. By making the Submission, you hereby affirm and represent that the information provided is true, complete and accurate. You also acknowledge and understand that any false or misleading representations or omissions may disqualify you from further consideration for employment and may result in discharge if discovered at a later date.
