Peter Zwick advises companies and boards on complex capital markets transactions and high-profile governance matters. His finance practice encompasses both equity and debt transactions, including high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, public and private equity deals, including spin-offs and PIPEs (private investment in public equity), M&A finance, cross-border capital transactions, restructurings, and liability management exercises like tender offers and exchange offers. He also counsels clients on corporate governance, shareholder engagement, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) reporting.
Some of the companies Peter has worked with include Avient, CITGO, Curbline Properties, FirstEnergy, Kaiser Aluminum, Marathon Petroleum, MPLX, Oncor, Owens Corning, Parker Hannifin, the San Antonio Spurs, SITE Centers, and STERIS, as well as other industrial manufacturing, aerospace, real estate, energy, health care, and chemical companies. He also represents major financial institutions and has worked with U.S. and international investment banks and other capital providers.
Peter serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Uplift Education, the largest free public charter school network in North Texas, as well as the Advisory Council of the Bass School at The University of Texas at Dallas. He is a graduate of the Business Council for the Arts Leadership Arts Institute, Dallas Class of 2021.
