Seit mehr als 10 Jahren berät er nationale und internationale Finanzinstitute und institutionelle Anleger bei grenzüberschreitenden strukturierten Finanzierungen und Verbriefungen bei der Strukturierung, Verhandlung, Umsetzung, Restrukturierung und Abwicklung. Sein Beratungsspektrum umfasst neben klassischen Verbriefungen von verschiedenen Asset Klassen wie z.B. Handels- und Leasingforderungen, Darlehen und Autofinanzierungen auch CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, ABCP Programme, Structured Covered Bonds, sog. Loan Funds, Asset-basierten Kredite, Factoring, Secured-Note Programme, Finanzierungen von Waren- und Handelsgeschäften sowie Portfolio Transaktionen.

Im Derivatebereich berät Dr. Wittek zu allen Arten von (strukturierten) Derivaten, Clearing von Derivaten nach EMIR und derivatebasierten Finanzierungen.

Herr Dr. Wittek verfügt zudem über langjährige Erfahrung im Kapitalmarktrecht, in der Wertpapierabwicklung, in Steuerfragen zu Finanztransaktionen sowie bei der Beratung zu regulatorischen Fragen (CRD IV, Solvency II und EMIR) und regulatorischen Anlagebeschränkungen.
