Chelsea Till is an experienced trial attorney. She tries cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators. Chelsea represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, with particular experience representing commercial airlines. Her litigation experience includes claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and other federal, state, and local laws. She has represented clients in wage and hour class and collective actions, single plaintiff discrimination litigation, and employment contract disputes in state and federal courts. A portion of Chelsea's practice also focuses on counseling clients on employment matters, including HR policies, compensation practices, worker classification, employment agreements, and state law compliance.

Chelsea represents employers across various industries, particularly commercial airlines. Chelsea and her team won a unanimous jury verdict on behalf of a regional airline in a dispute involving a former pilot. This victory was recently upheld by the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals. Chelsea also has experience defending airline clients in arbitrations, including as first chair, and has represented airlines in class actions, federal investigations, and federal appellate courts.

Chelsea maintains a substantial pro bono practice and is active in the Firm's asylum projects. She won asylum on appeal for a Venezuelan family and recently won an affirmative asylum case on behalf of a female college student from Afghanistan.

She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
