Brian Tobias advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. His practice covers all areas of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and a broad range of leasing matters. Brian also regularly advises real estate companies with respect to corporate matters.

Brian has experience representing national and regional lenders in real estate secured lending involving multifamily, industrial, health care, office, and retail projects. He also represents real estate developers and real estate investment funds in connection with financing, general real property matters, acquisitions, and dispositions. In his leasing practice, Brian drafts and negotiates office, retail, industrial, and specialty leases for landlords and tenants across a broad range of asset classes.

Brian is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
