PJ Sullivan represents clients in complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. PJ has also represented clients in criminal investigations by the United States Department of Justice and conducted internal investigations on behalf of corporate clients. His experience includes various stages of pretrial litigation, such as fact investigation, discovery, and trial preparation. He has experience in a wide variety of matters including commercial contracts disputes, business torts, internal investigations, shareholder derivative lawsuits, antitrust investigations, compliance counseling, and health care fraud investigations.

PJ serves as a J.D. Ambassador for Service to School, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans obtain admission to law school and higher education opportunities. He also serves as co-chair of the CLE Committee for the Federal Bar Association's Northern District of Ohio Chapter.
