Rosalie Peng represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including a multistate class action. Rosalie currently represents a large pharmaceutical manufacturer in antitrust and consumer protection litigations and investigations.
Rosalie maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in petitioning the Tenth Circuit for review of a denial of a motion to reopen proceedings by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and has advised a house of worship on the 501(c)(3) tax implications of its advocacy. Rosalie is currently involved in an appellate-level criminal procedure representation before the D.C. Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Rosalie worked as a student attorney in Georgetown's Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented indigent clients at court hearings seeking Temporary Protection Orders (TPOs) and Civil Protection Orders (CPOs) as well as in private negotiations with respondents.
