Joseph Miller advises clients on real estate investment structures, including joint ventures, platform formation and investment, and indirect acquisitions and disposals. He acts for funds, sponsors, managers, investors, and other real asset stakeholders on transactions across multiple asset classes.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Joseph worked at a leading City law firm, where he advised on real estate investments throughout their life cycle, at the corporate and asset levels.
