Yangyu Lim is a finance lawyer with broad experience representing financial institutions, borrowers, and sponsors in domestic and cross-border debt transactions.

Yangyu has worked on a wide range of debt-related transactions, including syndicated loans, real estate finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, securitizations, subscription line financings, project-related financings, debt restructurings, and rescue financings.

Yangyu is dual-qualified in English and Singapore law and has extensive deal experience covering Europe and Asia.

Yangyu previously spent more than two years working in Jones Day's London Office and also served a secondment with the commodities and global markets team at Macquarie.
