Tyler Loveall focuses his practice on the representation of hospitals, health systems, physician group practices, digital health care companies, and other health care entities. He advises health care clients on complex regulatory issues, such as digital health, corporate practice of medicine, clinical research, the international practice of medicine, value-based care, and pharmacy practice, and represents health care entities in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and provider contracting.
Tyler's recent experiences include counseling clients on cross-state provider and facility requirements, drug compounding, and friendly professional corporation models. He also provides advice on complex contracting and corporate structuring issues and conducts internal investigations for hospital systems, digital health entities, and pharmaceutical companies.
Tyler maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and victims of sexual assault in connection with requests for restitution across federal districts and counseling nonprofit organizations.
Prior to attending law school, Tyler served as a secondary English education volunteer for the Peace Corps in Comoros.
