Morgan Lynch's practice focuses on general commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She acts for a wide range of clients, including in the energy and resources, professional services, aerospace, and biotechnology sectors.
Morgan's recent experience includes representing a structural heart company in a successful first-of-its-kind application for court approval of schemes of arrangement to effect its domiciliation to the United States and advising a global resources company in long-running proceedings concerning the ownership, infrastructure, and royalties for a number of joint ventures for the production of coal seam gas.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Morgan spent nearly three years as a paralegal in the dispute resolution team at a multinational law firm and more than 18 months as the associate to Justice Lincoln Crowley in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
