Lindsey Jump is a trial lawyer with experience working on 15 jury trials in high-risk cases throughout the country, including obtaining a complete defense verdict in a $20 million case. Lindsey's practice focuses on product liability, mass tort, and commercial litigation.

Lindsey has been involved in Jones Day's nationwide defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. In addition, Lindsey has supervised junior lawyers on litigation matters from the discovery stage through trial and has managed outside counsel.

In addition to her products liability work, Lindsey worked directly with a hospital client to petition the Ohio Supreme Court for a writ of prohibition, which led to a favorable outcome. She also conducted fact investigations in internal investigations and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) matters.

Lindsey maintains an active pro bono practice.
