Randy Hawkins is a litigator with more than a dozen years of experience representing clients in high-stakes complex litigation. He has defended clients in several "bet the company" cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in claims. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, at mediation, and before arbitration panels and has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His practice covers a variety of legal areas, including products liability, construction, antitrust, employee benefits, and commercial contract disputes. Randy has significant experience coordinating and managing complex litigation and has defended some of the Firm's biggest clients in cases involving hundreds (sometimes thousands) of individual plaintiffs. Most recently, he has played a leading role in the Firm's representation of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, managing and coordinating the motions practice for hundreds of "Engle progeny" cases in state and federal courts across Florida.

Randy is also active in the Firm's pro bono practice. He has represented individuals and nonprofit organizations in a number of civil rights matters, including cases involving constitutional issues of first impression and matters receiving national attention.

Randy is involved in his community as well. He serves as Director of Communications and Strategic Partnerships for The Chris Draft Family Foundation — a national nonprofit founded by former NFL linebacker Chris Draft, dedicated to tackling cancer. He also speaks at Atlanta-area schools about the legal profession and the importance of education and is the head coach of the Marietta Blue Devils youth football team.
