Bridget Gehan

Bridget Gehan advises and represents health care providers, hospital systems, and health care technology companies in compelex litigation and regulatory disputes including Managed Care litigation, False Claims Act investigations and defense, and No Surprises Act litigation. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including internal investigations, prelitigation, dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, and trial preparation.

Bridget maintains an active pro bono practice defending individuals in immigration removal matters and working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Bridget represented incarcerated persons in post-conviction proceedings before parole boards and the California Governor's office, securing the release of multiple clients. She also externed for the California Supreme Court where she assisted in judicial decision making, granting case review, and decision drafting.
