Katie Drees advises public and private companies on transactions and issues related to capital markets and corporate governance. She represents clients in debt and equity securities transactions and assists companies as they navigate securities regulations, disclosure obligations, and reporting requirements. Katie also helps companies respond to matters regarding shareholder activism.

Katie has worked with clients from a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, media, and retail. Her recent experience includes the successful proxy contest defense for GrafTech International and a $1.25 billion private offering for Gray Television.
