Alexandra Davies is a transactional construction solicitor with experience advising on diverse construction and engineering-related projects.

She has experience in a range of industry sectors including real estate, energy, and infrastructure. She focuses on investment transactions and development financing transactions that have a significant construction element.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Alexandra completed her training contract at a national firm with a specialist construction team before joining a Magic Circle law firm in London where she regularly acted on behalf of institutional investors and funders.
