Kelsey Bryan represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes across a variety of industries and jurisdictions. Kelsey is adept at managing high-stakes complex litigation, including devising and implementing creative and efficient strategies to further clients' goals.
Kelsey's practice includes defending clients against allegations of monopolization, price-fixing, product hopping, and Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission challenges to proposed acquisitions. Kelsey also represents clients in class actions, contract disputes, corporate and fiduciary duty disputes, and actions related to alleged statutory violations.
Kelsey was the day-to-day lead on two multidistrict litigations with billions of dollars at stake that recently ended in a complete defense win on summary judgment. Kelsey is currently defending a major pharmaceutical retailer in a case brought by the Department of Justice alleging violations of the Controlled Substances Act.
Kelsey is the chair of the Board of Directors of ALIGHT, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects survivors of human trafficking with legal counsel. She also leads Jones Day Los Angeles lawyers in representing survivors of trafficking to vacate their criminal records and has represented survivors in civil cases against their traffickers.
