Dr. Jürgen Beninca berät europäische und internationale Mandanten in Fragen des europäischen Kartellrechts und vertritt diese vor deutschen und europäischen Kartellbehörden und Gerichten. Kartellrechtliche Bußgeldverfahren und Schadensersatzprozesse bilden Schwerpunkte seiner Praxis. Darüber hinaus vertritt er Mandanten bei internen Untersuchungen und berät sie in Verfahren der Investitionsprüfung nach der Außenwirtschaftsverordnung sowie zu Fragen der Lieferketten Compliance.

Herrn Benincas langjährige Erfahrung umfasst deutsche und europäische Fusionskontrollverfahren des Bundeskartellamts und der Europäischen Kommission in einer Vielzahl von Industriesektoren. Er war weiterhin an verschiedenen internationalen, europäischen und deutschen kartellrechtlichen Bußgeldverfahren in der Finanz-, Zement-, Automobil-, Versicherungs- und Industriemineralindustrie beteiligt. Seine regulatorische Tätigkeit konzentriert sich auf das Vertriebskartellrecht und die Verhinderung des Missbrauchs marktbeherrschender Stellungen.

Gegenwärtig vertritt Herr Beninca einen Gebäckhersteller in einem Bußgeldverfahren wegen des alleinigen Austauschs wettbewerbsrechtlich sensibler Informationen. Überdies verteidigt er einen Automobilzulieferer gegen kartellrechtliche Schadensersatzforderungen eines Automobilherstellers. Im Rahmen von M&A-Transaktionen prüft Dr. Beninca die Notwendigkeit von Anmeldungen nach den jeweils geltenden Regelungen der Investitionsprüfung weltweit und nimmt Anmeldungen nach der deutschen Außenwirtschaftsverordnung vor. Darüber hinaus berät Dr. Beninca deutsche und internationale Mandanten zum deutschen Lieferkettengesetz und zum Richtlinienentwurf zur Ausweitung der Sorgfaltspflichten im Rahmen der Lieferkette.

Dr. Jürgen Beninca ist durch zahlreiche Aufsätze und Kommentare zu Fragen des deutschen und internationalen Kartellrechts hervorgetreten,veröffentlichte ein Buch zur Anwendung des Kartellrechts in Unternehmen und übernahm im „Handbuch Unternehmenskauf“ von Dr. Wolfgang Hölters das Kapitel „Investitionsprüfung“. Er ist Mitglied der Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht und des Forum Investitionsprüfung.
