She has experience with various types of financing arrangements, including acquisition-related financing, performance bond financing, corporate and working capital facilities, and workouts and insolvencies.

Jessica has recently acted for Hornblower Group in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Australia's leading experiential travel group, Journey Beyond, and OakNorth Bank in connection with its financing of the management buyout of UK-based horticulture company, Mr Fothergill's Seeds, by Harwood Private Capital.
