Seb has developed a distinctive cross-regional practice spanning Australia and Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on complex oil and gas transactions. Seb is recognized for his strong technical capability across the full gas value chain, including gas sales, transportation, storage and trading arrangements, as well as liquefied natural gas (LNG)-related structures and associated commercial frameworks. He regularly supports on sophisticated cross-border transactions involving upstream, midstream, and downstream assets, advising on both project development and M&A mandates across the region.
In addition to his core oil and gas capability, Seb has built a differentiated profile advising on next-generation energy projects, including renewables, hydrogen, and ammonia developments. His experience includes advising on large-scale, technically complex projects involving integrated production, offtake, and export structures. This experience places Seb at the forefront of the evolving legal frameworks underpinning low-carbon fuels and energy transition infrastructure.
