Maxime Wève advises and represents Belgian and international companies on all aspects of corporate law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Maxime practiced in the corporate and private equity department of another U.S. law firm, where he advised national and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters.
Maxime holds two degrees in translation studies, which allows him to practice in matters involving multilingual parties.
