Jenn Weizenecker has tried high-stakes jury trials across the country, including in Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Oregon, and has served as a trial team member in more than 30 cases tried to verdict. Her practice focuses on product liability and mass tort defense in federal and state courts. She has extensive experience across all phases of litigation, including conducting direct and cross-examinations of expert and fact witnesses, delivering opening statements and closing arguments, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing expert witnesses for trial. In addition to defending and trying product liability cases, Jenn has represented health care entities and universities in complex mass tort and class action matters, counseling them through large-scale mediations resulting in settlement. She also has trial experience representing immigrants seeking asylum.
Jenn is a leader in the Atlanta community. As a visiting professor at Georgia Tech, she teaches Judicial Process every spring. She serves on the UNICEF USA Atlanta Advisory Board, the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board, and the Park Pride Board of Directors and was a 2020 recipient of the Justice Robert Benham Award for Community Service. Jenn is also a Master in the Judge Clarence Cooper American Inn of Court.
Jenn serves as the pro bono partner for the Atlanta Office.
