Caitlin White represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims; reductions in force; and counseling on employer-employee relations. Her employment litigation experience encompasses investigating complaints and charges, preparing pleadings and motions to dismiss, managing complex discovery, and preparing for depositions. Caitlin also has traditional labor law experience, defending employers in unfair labor practice charges and election representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Prior to starting in private practice, Caitlin served as a judicial law clerk for Judge John R. Lopez IV on the Arizona Supreme Court.
