Alexander Venditti represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including mass tort claims and multidistrict litigation involving products liability and toxic torts.
Alexander maintains an active and varied pro bono practice. He represents clients in removal proceedings seeking asylum or Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. He also represents journalists in free press and public records matters, including lawsuits under FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and equivalent state statutes.
During law school, Alexander was a student in Cornell's First Amendment Clinic, where he took depositions and argued in court numerous times on behalf of media clients. Prior to law school, he worked as a legal assistant at a small firm in Phoenix, Arizona, handling immigration and criminal cases.
