Grace Traore represents and advises clients on a wide range of traditional labor and employment matters arising under federal, state, and local labor and employment statutes, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the New York Labor Law, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Grace has worked on matters involving unfair labor practice proceedings, collective bargaining, union organizing, wage and hour class actions, harassment and retaliation claims, as well as employment discrimination.
Grace also maintains a well-rounded pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration proceedings and supporting Jones Day's efforts to advance the rule of law in Africa.
