Peter Schlosser represents clients in complex civil litigation matters involving the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA), antitrust claims, and class actions. He has experience with many aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, fact and expert discovery, and the deposition of witnesses.
Peter maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes providing legal analysis and counseling related to war crimes in Ukraine.
Prior to attending law school, Peter served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
