Ashley Plunk represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. Ashley has experience performing internal investigations in response to employee complaints, defending clients against discrimination claims, and counseling clients on local, state, and federal employment law compliance. She also has experience in labor and employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions.
