Quentin Mansfield advises clients in a variety of commercial real estate matters. His practice includes real estate finance, joint ventures, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets across a number of sectors, including hospitality and student housing. He also has experience in public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure matters, real estate private equity fund formations, and real estate development financing.
Prior to attending law school, Quentin was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP and led legislative advocacy efforts at a Chicago-based nonprofit organization.
