Nils Mutschall focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He represents domestic and international clients in proceedings before German courts as well as in arbitration.
His experience includes complex commercial disputes, post-M&A conflicts, and liability matters across a range of industries, including manufacturing and services. He also has experience in corporate disputes and commercial lease matters.
Nils further has knowledge in ESG (environmental, social, and governance), product compliance law, and medical device regulation. In addition, he engages with issues relating to national and international supply chain regulation through lectures and publications.
Before joining Jones Day, Nils worked for more than four years as a research and legal assistant at an international law firm, where he gained significant experience in dispute resolution. Prior to that, he worked at a German law firm focusing on litigation, insolvency, and corporate law. During his legal clerkship, he served as spokesperson for the trainee lawyers at the Frankfurt Regional Court.
