Janessa Blythe Mackenzie's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, fact investigation, drafting briefs, and legal research.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Janessa served as a law clerk to Judge Don R. Willett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Charles R. Eskridge on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
