Conor Maloney represents individuals and corporations in complex civil litigation and white collar criminal matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice. Conor's experience extends from cross-border investigations to devising litigation strategy, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.

Conor's recent matters include defending a CEO in a complex criminal case against allegations of tax evasion, wire fraud, and money laundering, among other offenses. In addition, he maintains an active pro bono practice. Conor was also part of a team that successfully represented individuals in a Section 1983 matter against the Metropolitan Police Department, the Prince George's County Police Department (Maryland), and many individual officers related to an excessive force case.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Conor served as a law clerk for Judge Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
