Christiana Lafferty

Christiana Lafferty represents clients in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts and in international arbitrations.

Christiana's practice encompasses multidistrict litigation and state attorneys general actions, including matters involving the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, state deceptive trade practices acts, and business torts. Her international arbitration experience includes investor-state and commercial arbitrations, with matters before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and an ad hoc arbitration under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules. She also has experience across pretrial stages of litigation.

Christiana maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal analysis and counseling related to war crimes in Ukraine and to the National Prosecution Authority of Zambia. She is also an active participant in the Firm's Human Trafficking Survivors Clinic.
