Kesh Karupiah advises Australian and international clients on complex commercial disputes, including class actions, regulatory proceedings, and investment treaty arbitrations involving a range of substantive laws and arbitral rules.

Kesh has acted for leading financial institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and energy and mining companies in high‑stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, superior state courts, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, and the Permanent Court of Arbitration.

Kesh's recent work includes acting in globally significant test cases brought by the Commonwealth government against pharmaceutical companies, defending a class action for a global motor vehicle manufacturer, and advising a state investment fund in post-transaction disputes.
