郭家君律師的執業領域甚廣，主要業務包括企業併購、智慧財產權、公平交易法、勞工法以及一般公司法律事務。近年代表日本與歐洲能源集團取得數個台灣離岸風場。

自2004年自日本京都大學取得碩士學位後，郭家君律師即協助或代表許多日商在台投資、收購或出售台灣企業股份、提供勞基法、公平交易法及公司法務方面之諮詢。

除了在併購方面的豐富經驗外，郭家君律師亦協助許多國內外公司處理台灣公平交易法下之調查，並代表多家日商與台灣企業進行專利交涉、處理智財爭訟。

2011年2月郭家君律師於日本瑞穗銀行集團在日本東京所主辦之講座內，以日文公開演講台灣M&A及公開收購制度；另於2012年3月安永聯合會計師事務所在台北主辦之講座內，以日文演講台灣IPO、TDR及M&A制度。

郭家君律師現為台北律師公會會員，日文、中文及英文均流利。
