Colleen Karlovich represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, focusing on distressed company litigation and the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA). She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, fact investigation, drafting briefs and motions, and legal research.
Colleen maintains an active pro bono practice and is currently representing a client in parole proceedings.
Prior to entering law school, Colleen served as a legal advocate at the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice. She also worked as a business immigration analyst at a firm that focuses on immigration law.
