Zoë Jackson focuses her practice on complex litigation, particularly briefing and motions practice. Zoë has represented clients at all levels of federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Zoë clerked for Judge Roderick C. Young of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she worked on intellectual property and constitutional matters of national significance.

Zoë maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in local and federal habeas proceedings, claims of actual innocence, and applications for expungement. Zoë has developed a particular proficiency in obtaining emergency judicial relief in immigration-related civil rights claims, preventing the imminent deportation of clients.
