Gerardo Inzunza Higuera represents clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal court throughout various phases of litigation, from government investigations to multidistrict litigation. He is particularly experienced in defending companies faced with antitrust investigations by state and federal agencies. His experience includes discovery and production, deposition preparation, and motions practice.
Gerardo maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting asylum seekers navigate the United States immigration Court system and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services proceedings. Gerardo also participates in programs and organizations throughout the Bay Area that are focused on increasing diversity in the legal profession.
