Jessica Harris focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including energy, internet, and health care. She has experience in multiple stages of litigation, including prelitigation investigations, discovery, and motions practice.
Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice guiding survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence through the vacatur process.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Jessica externed at the San Francisco Unified Family Court where she assisted judges with drafting findings and proposed tentative rulings and gained valuable insight into judicial decision making.
