Henning Heinrich is a seasoned intellectual property (IP) lawyer with more than 15 years of in-depth experience in soft IP matters (trademarks, design rights, copyrights, domain names, trade secrets and know-how, software, and unfair competition). He has significant trial experience and regularly represents clients in merits and preliminary injunction proceedings. In his litigation, counseling, and transaction work, Henning assists clients on matters relating to advertising, licensing, antipiracy and anticounterfeiting, including customs seizures, and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently handles matters involving artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and other distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), with a particular emphasis on copyrights. In addition, he represents clients in a variety of commercial matters.
