Cameron Hart is a patent litigator with additional experience in consumer protection litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Cameron utilizes his electrical engineering background to assist clients on high-tech patent matters ranging from drafting noninfringement and invalidity arguments, dispositive motions, written discovery, and a wide range of briefings. He also has experience in conducting factual and legal research, taking depositions, and working with fact and expert witnesses.

Cameron's intellectual property practice involves technologies in the high-tech area, including: semiconductors, electronics, and telecommunications technology. Cameron previously worked as a quality and reliability engineer at Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas, where he developed a technical background that enhances his ability to navigate complex patent issues effectively.

Cameron also actively supports the Firm's pro bono initiatives, including assisting clients with advocating for laws benefiting animal welfare with Jones Day's Animal Welfare Task Force.

Cameron is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Bar Association.
